Funny bed bug story

I should start, by way of introduction, by saying that I don't have bed bugs (though I live in continual fear) but my sister does and there have been two incidents at my daughter's school. I've been lurking on this site gathering information to help her out, and protect myself, and I thank you all for your useful posts (and KQ for spending a half-hour on the phone with me the other night answering my questions!)
Anyway, here's the story: the day my sister found out she had bed bugs, she had a blind date. Within about a half-hour, she'd decided the guy wasn't for her. After several polite attempts to bring the date to a close, she finally figured she'd been sitting on the surefire date-ender long enough: she told him about her bed bugs.
Instead of running screaming to the hills, which she expected - esp. since he'd told her about his daughter who is terrified of bugs - he became very sympathetic and invited her to stay with him! We both thought it was funny that she couldn't even put her bed bugs to good use in getting rid of an unwanted suitor!
