Nope, a beetle of some sort. Go ahead and exhale and relax.

Anything with wings or a split down the top of the abdomen like your critter has is 100% not a bed bug.

I'm sure Sean or EffeCi can give you a better possibility on what it really is but it ain't a bed bug.
