Found out the bed bugs are back after 3 months!!!! Please help me anyone!!!!

[b]Basically here's my story. I stayed at a friend's house this past summer. I brought home bed bugs with me because my friend didn't know she had them. Now I had to exterminate twice. I found one in my bed yesterday. I threw out all my furniture. I checked my dad's bed there are suspicious spots on his bed; he denies he has any. Long story short he doesn't want to cooperate with me on this and he doesn't want pesticide treatments anymore so i'm thinking about a thermal treatment.
I also think that I have been bringing them to my sister unknowingly, and also my boyfriend comes over my house. We must all be exchanging them to each other. I want to hire a bed bug detection dog but none of my family or my boyfriend wants to cooperate; they say i'm wasting my money and that it is a fraud. I want to make sure that I didn't bring it to them but I seen signs at my sisters and boyfriend's!!!!!
Oh god what do I do it's all my fault cause I slept at a friend's house.
Should I hire a bed bug dog or not and what about thermal and steam treatments????
I feel soooo horrible I probably infested my sister and boyfriend's house.
Please anyone out there help me out. Thanks a whole bunch.
Basically I haven't ate or slept for 3 days already. And I keep continuously crying. -

Take a deep breath and know that you are not alone. In understand how you feel; I'm pretty sure I infested my friend's home when I stayed with her for Thanksgiving, even though I took the necessary precautions. I had a glass of wine and then called her and got her voicemail. She didn't even call me back! She doesn't understand the urgency of getting treatment right away, and I can't seem to get through to her. I sent her a letter priority mail (addressed to her and her husband) and told them what encasements to buy and that I would purchase one for the bed I slept in. I also told them about what to look for and how to find a good PCO. That's all you can do.
There are other people on here who have unwittingly infested friends' and families' home. Unfortunately, it happens.

I can't stop crying I cant eat or sleep. What should I do about this. No one wants to cooperate with me not even my dad who is getting quite old. My boyfriend and sister don't seem to care and they are in denial.

Heat treatments are a great option but very expensive. Steam alone will not solve a bed bug problem in most cases. They need to be educated by you or this will only get worse. Gather some info on the biology of this pest and inform them before another week passes.

Well, you said you see signs at their house. What signs are we talking about? A BB dog is a great tool in finding low level bed bug infestations. If I know the signs I could better advise you

I seen a fecal blood streak right near her bed, like where the bed meets the wall. Also I seen some suspicious black dots on the wall.

I really don't know if it's from a bed bug but what else can it be. It was a really long streak of blood.

Oh god I feel so depressed about all this. I feel like I now ruined other people's lives cause of this. I never intended to give anyone these bugs.

Well that is not going to be a positive ID. Inspection would be a good idea to see what is going on over there. A good visual by a professional or a BB dog should help if you need answers over there. If you see fecal spotting on the wall, I would think you could find bugs yourself. Will they let you inspect their homes? Can you remove the batting on their box springs? This is a site that should be looked at
