found a bug today month after DE treatment

perfectly alive and walking
it was an infestation i got from my mother in law who slept in my kids bed april 15th. took daughter to dr for bites april 30th. i found infestation may 14th. tossed top bunk and mattress may 15th after i bombed < worst thing i could of done> left bottom bunk and encased mattress found bites on daughter june 2nd tossed the rest of bunk beds kept encased mattress. still no sign of any bugs since may 15th other than the bites on my daughter june 1st and 2nd. nothing untill today june 15th live bug crawling on my sons leg at dinning room table. he changed about an hour prior to the bug. but he was wearing sock throught the house. do they tag along on socks. all beds are trapped with vaseline. and under my couch is a thin layer covering the entire underneath of the couch. it was a almost full grown male. it had deffinately ate a few times. i finally called pest man today hopefully he calls back i dont care if i have to sell me car just to pay for it. i just cant live with these bugs anymore

he also has been hanging on the couch all day but the couch has de in ever crack and crevice. im just at a loss i vacuum everyday. where could these suckers be that there not walking thru the DE? will they live in the kitchen since thats one place i didnt DE?
