Fecal stains on fabric...do they wash out easily?

   Hi,

   Does anyone know if fecal stains come out of fabrics very easily?

   Tonight I found two small black stains (one about three mm across, the other much smaller) on the bottom side of my mattress. They looked very much like photos of fecal stains I've seen on this site, like ink blotches. However, when I did the q-tip + saliva test the stains came right out. There's no trace of them on the mattress at all anymore. Does anyone know if bedbug poop on fabric can come out that easily?
