Had bed bugs a number of years ago and have been haunted by them since. Woke up to unfamiliar spot on sheets, just wondering if it seems too light to be bed bug fecal matter? Photos are poor but hopefully capture Appreciated in advance, losing my mind over here.

    Hi,

Confirming is far too diffuse and pale to be bed bug related.
