family visits before/during treatment?

so we are now basically 99.9%...okay 100% sure we have them. Dp found two behind my night table last night :( and I am being bitten like crazy.
A PCO is coming to inspect tomorrow & give us a treatment plan. I have a question....my sister is supposed to come visit this weekend. We have of course told her about her bb situation. And we could REALLY use her help to take care of our two girls while we prepare the house...we have a HUGE job ahead of us, to say the least. She understands the situation, would bring a minimal amount of clothes in a washable backpack and would wash clothes and backpack as soon as she got home.
What do you think? Is it okay to let her come?
