Can anyone please tell me if this is a bed bug or not? Found in my interceptor.

I corrected the first link. Hang on and hopefully you'll get an expert commenting soon.

I started and run the site but am "not an expert."

    Hi,

    100% not bed bug.

Not one I recognize though, which is usually a good thing.

    Hope that helps.

Hi I just had a quick question. I had sent you the pictures of the 1 bug which I was wondering if you would be able to identify that I found in my interceptor yesterday. I just wanted to clear up that that bug was dead and had talcum powder covering it so it kinda shriveled up. I\'m not sure if you could tell from the picture and I forgot to mention it. Does that by chance change anything about your identification?? I\'m just still freaking out b.c I had also sent you a pic of possible fecal stains on my pillow not too long ago too. I\'m just going crazy b.c the two just seem like such a coincidence. I feel like I totally trust your judgement though. Just to double check that the I.D. wouldn\'t have changed.
Thank you for your time. Just to refresh your memory here are my links

    Hi,

The additional links above are also not a bed bug and the spots are 100% not faecal.

While I appreciate it is a stressful issue with many people the long term sustainable solution comes from educating yourself and being able to look at the actual detail of things rather than running away with "what ifs" and made up scenarios.

Aside from a vague similarity in colour and the fact its an insect there are more differences than similarity between what you have posted and a bed bug:

    <blockquote class="imgur-embed-pub" lang="en" data-id="W9PMWtl"><script async src="//s.imgur.com/min/embed.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

I can only really say stop looking at the colour and actually look at the detail.

    David
