Essex in the UK - any recommendations?

First post, I'll save my full story for another time soon but in the meantime, can any UK-based members of this forum recommend a pest control company who operates in Essex and are bed bug experts?

hey, im not from Essex, but im from London...one piece of advice dont go with "Empirepestcontrol" they treated my house....was unsuccessful and wasted over 200 pounds on it.
Im still dealing with the issue postponing it but im gonna go with Bedbugs.co.uk...
But I havent retreated yet, so i can't really say whether their good or not, but from what ive heard from this forum they are.
OT - Has anyone from this forum been treated by David Cains company Bedbugs.co.uk?

We do travel to anywhere in the UK subject to availability and confirmation that it is bed bugs. We usually request either samples or photographic evidence if you are too far outside of the M25 and will normally require a conversation with me to confirm things before we take on the case.
Some of the more remote cases I have taken on are; Cornwall, Newcastle, North Wales but the costs start getting prohibitive if it takes more than 6 or 7 hours to get to you. I am actually about to leave to see three properties in Berkshire this afternoon.
If you make contact with the office they will explain more about how we work.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue though, thankfully its still mostly a major city issue but there are a few pockets out there where we have treated mre cases in the last 12 months than the local authorities have seen in the last 5 years.
