    I thought I recall once reading on here about a dog that can detect BBs. Anyone know if such an animal exists in NY?

    There's a few out there now, not all local but some that will travel for the cost. Search the forums for bed bug dog and/or K9 detection.

    yes I do believe they do. Sean from the bedbug source actually told me to use one so I know for sure. I guess it takes away the guessing game.

    Since you are asking There is a NESDCA Certified dog team in the NY area. AdvancedK9Detectives (more information at advancedk9detectives.com) has recently NESDCA certified their dog Radar. Also check out this video
