Does this look like BB poop?(10 posts)
After getting rid of my bed (which did not appear to have signs/was getting old any/live in studio apartment) I noticed this morning what appears to be feces (sigh) of some sort near where the bed had in fact been. #%$@*&#^!!!!!!!!!
I have two pictures that I hope came out ok.
Any comments appreciated.
That's not BB related. From the image I would suggest that is is most likely to be the dust and dirt build up from between the laminate flooring that has worked its way out.
If you look at the sides and the surfaces of it they are too angular and straight to be bed bug poo.
Thanks for the reply! The area this was found in was definitly recently swept up, swiffer-ed (dry) and swiffer-ed (wet). It seemed like a lot, about a 18" x 18" area. I think I will gather them all and put in a ziplock, may post a picture of that later today for I do not feel well at the moment.
here is a thread with pictures that i posted of poop...hope it helps
The thread that vampiremenionprey just posted is a thread that I started, with my pictures. He has also not weighed in on my question, so do not take his word for it. We do not know if the pictures linked are bed bug fecal matter, and that's why I posted my original question.
If you read your thread you will see that I did answer to it. With pictures none the less that have been confirmed by a PCO that it was fecal matter. I was attempting to repost your thread in this one so it would be easier for BK to find or others who may be searching.
But to help clear up some confusion here are the pictures of CONFIRMED FECAL MATTER that were taken in my son's room.
BK - Those look like rodent droppings to me. BTW - that can be dangerous, did your PCO set traps? (I forget)
Mike- VMP is a girl :p I think maybe she meant to link to a different thread. The 3rd pic in your thread looks suspicious to me, like I know I've seen that before but I can't put my finger on where.
So far as BB poop goes, on fabric it pretty much looks like the bleeding from a felt tip pen. If there's a mountain of it, it's sort of tar-esque. On the walls, it can look like spots of mold.
Hope that helps.
VMP - Great pics! I'm so sorry though. It looks like they really went to town on that light socket. I hate these nasty SOBs!
Thanks battler. I tried to get some of the best shots that I could. I cleaned it all off of the walls today because they are coming out to spray again tomorrow.
Treatment #2 and they are still alive and kicking more than ever
