Do what you can to get building management or a condo association/co-op board member to attend the 2-hour bed bug class at the CNYC conference next week. Lou Sorkin is teaching the bed bug class with a property manager and an attorney, and it is bound to be a very helpful introduction.
It may help you if your co-op or condo has bed bugs, and it will likely help you be ready for the future if it hasn't.
Every member co-op or condo can send one person for free, and others can pay to register if they wish. More here.
