Do we have bedbugs!?!

We thought for sure we had bedbugs, we all of a sudden had these things crawling everywhere all over our beg. I did tons of research and thought for sure we did, but then today we thought we saw one flying... and bed bugs don't fly....
So we took some macro shots, can someone please help us out here.
Also, for further information, we have reported to our apt complex, and they have a pest inspector coming out tomorrow, but we don't want to go through the pain of having a bed bug process going if that's not what they are at all. We have also washed all of our clothes in hot water, as well as drying them on high heat....
We started noticing them 2 days ago... we don't have any bites that we know of.... and they're everywhere, not just on our bed, but on our walls and furniture too. We have not seen any red spotting like other sites have suggested (the blood trails) also, when we smush them, no blood comes out.... do we still have bed bugs?
I can't seem to figure out how to upload the pictures from here, someone please help!
