I haven't had a chance to wash all my clothes/bedding/cloth since the treatment which was a couple of days ago. Everything is bagged up but I've left a few clothing items and a sheet/pillow was left out. I'm going to wash tomorrow.

Did I ruin the whole treatment? I understand the idea is to prevent them from nesting in the cloth since they have nowhere to go (since there's poison everywhere), but I'll be killing any bugs that are in the fabric tomorrow, anyway.....

There are multiple possibilities and there's no way to know which is true:
    a. There was never anything in there in the first place and nothing crawled in during the treatment.
    b. There was something in there, but could have crawled out into the poison the last two nights so you don't have to worry about it anyway.
    c. Something is hiding in there, but will die in the dryer tomorrow as you would like to believe.

One thing I have learned through all of this is to do the best you can and not obsess about every little thing you did or did not do. You'll drive yourself crazy. -Best

Some pros like Jeff White of BedBugCentral downplay the need to wash/bag everything in most cases.

Some PCOs don't have you wash/dry/bag as Ci notes.

I am not an expert. However, since you did already bag the stuff during treatment, I think now you may want to need to deal with that stuff by washing and drying on hot (or simply drying on hot) because you may have preserved bed bugs in the bagged items.
