Where are people getting DDVP Strips? In talking with an entomologist he told me to look for the long sticky fly trap tapes. All I've been able to find are 'no-odor' strips and the ingredients don't include Vapona . Is this something only professionals have access to?

I found mine at my local Lowes hardware store with the other pesticides. I believe that they were the Hot Shot brand. (As my name suggests, I live in southern California. I'm not sure where you are, so I'm not sure if you have Lowes.)

You may have already checked, but some of these threads tagged DDVP may help.

Thanks to both of you for your responses. I read most of the threads pertaining to DDVP strips and since I did not find my answer, made this post. Unfortunately we do not have a Lowes in Wisconsin and I've checked Home Depot and Farm and Fleet with no success. But, now I know they are out there, so it's a matter of tracking them down.

I got mine at Walmart. It's called Hot Shot No Pest Strip and they're with the indoor insecticides and glue traps, not in the lawn and garden section of the store.

You could probably go to the manufacturer's website and find out which stores sell them, or email them to ask where they are sold.

    Good luck!
