Could I be bed bug free?

In july we discovered that we had them. We have had 7-8 treatments...There are still some clothes in the closet that we not washed but the PCO sprayed in there and told us to leave it..They are my mom's stuff, and she is stubborn..not much i can do...most of her stuff was washed or pactited....ALL my stuff was washed...Anyway...mattress are encased (I got a new box spring and mattress)...There haven't been any skins, or blood feces marks for months...My mom says she has no bites. I myself have very senstive skin and get pimples on my arms and legs...nothing that resembles a bite or thats extremely itchy...maybe a pimple here and there that bothers me..the pco says they arent bites...
i will continue to treat however...my questions is COULD I BE FREE OF BED BUGS?? can i stop panicking?
