   An organization called the Federation of New York Housing Cooperatives and Condominiums is a free information agency for coop and condo owners to find out about how to run your corporation (being on the Board). their website is http://www.fnyhc.coop. They are having thousands of call ins for a seminar on how to handle bb's in a coop or condo, litigation advise, how to handle, who is repsponsible, etc. thhis issue is really a part of nyc culture now.!!!! KUDOS!!!!

   that is good news--people need to know about this issue so they can be alert.
   it's a great idea.

   I hope they do many, many more.

   I'd be interested to know how it went, what the presentation was like.
