I can't get all my clothing, etc. cleaned before PCO comes (spending all the time cleaning out closets to put in storage!) If I seal winter clothes, coats etc in contractor bags, can I put them in the storage unit, until I can take them to a laundramat and do them all at once? Then should I bring them back to the house, or back in storage? The PCO suggested putting clothes in storage and that any bugs sealed would be dead in 4-5 months?! Suggestions would be appreciated!

What I can tell you for sure is they will NOT be dead in 4-5 months. It could take a year to a year and a half! If your PCO is giving you this information, I think you need to find someone else. Get references.

Just dry them. The dryer heat is the real death agent not the wash.

Search for dryer testing to confirm lethal temps.

If fresh fed the bugs can survive up to a 18 months. Store them in the warmest place you can to expedite starvation.
