Clear for 4 1/2 months... now one bite... bed bug??

Hey everyone... so I am super paranoid about getting bed bugs again. I had them over the summer/beginning of fall due to my entire apt building being infested.
i moved, threw out all my furniture, put everything in storage and haven't seen a bug or bite since... however, I am so paranoid that if I buy anything fabric I immediately throw it in the dryer, i check my bed and other areas constantly, i think about bugs everytime i go out to a bar or theatre ... and if I see ANYTHING that looks like a bite i freak out (even if it doesn't itch!)
so this morning i woke up and my knee felt itchy... I looked, didn't see anything. now i can kind of see a tiny bump. ... should i be worried? (i have no idea how i'm going to make it through the summer btw - mosquitos LOVE me.)
