Claiming all BB Expenses for Tax Purpose's

    I was told by my insurance agent that all of the money we need to put out for treating these bugs could/would be a write off on next years taxes somehow. Has anyone else done this? I keep all the reciepts for exterminators, mattress encasements, air mattress's, Bed Bug Dog etc... I plan on somehow writing it off on our taxes next year.

    "Casualty loss", perhaps? Or, perhaps the agent B-S-ing, since he's not going to do anything to help (AFAIK, BBs are not covered by insurance).
