Cincinnati Area-Scher Zinger Pest Control

I never personally had any experience in the past with ScherZinger pest control. But when I found out I had bed bugs I contacted the condo association where I live and they contacted ScherZinger. After putting me off for a week, FINALLY someone from ScherZinger came out to do an inspection. I already knew I had bed bugs but according to them this is routine and mandatory. In my opinion just an excuse for them to get paid for something. They already took over a week even sending someone out. If I had not started treating myself immediately I would have had an infestation. And everyone else in my complex would probably have them coming from my condo. After leaving several messages on the inspector's voice mail. Also leaving a message with my condo association and talking directly to the receptionist at ScherZinger who informed me she would page the inspector and I would for sure receive a call back that day. It was not until 2 weeks later after the original inspection I received a call back. The inspector said he had to know what day I would be available so he knew when they would have someone available to come out. This was last week. He said he would give me advance notice so I could do all the things that needed to be done on the procedure list to do before treatment was done. Also when the inspector came and did his inspection he did not do much at all. In my opinion he did not even do an inspection. If I did not actually show him the bed bugs I had kept I don't think he would ever know we had any bed bugs at all. And he also acted like he was afraid of the bugs when I showed them to him. What kind of person works for a pest control company and is afraid of bugs? I think this is the worst company ever I had to deal with!! They are probably getting paid by my condo association for nothing. I think this company is a scam and since bed bugs are such a huge epidemic ScherZinger is taking it to their advantage to rip people off. I plan of making a complaint with ScherZinger directly as well as my local better business burea. I just want to get the word out to others about what a scam this company is. If I had not treated myself for the bed bugs I do not even want to imagine how badly I would have had bed bugs by now. I have not saw any bugs or signs of them in 9 days now. I actually feel safe about sleeping in my own bed again. And I did all the work! I used Steri-Fab and then Ultraside.
