    Hi there!

    Found this in my Climb-Ups during inspection; I think it might be the cast skin I posted about a couple days ago. You can see hairs by it for size reference.

    Sorry, difficult to say. Looks like a shed skin, but not sure if really bed bug.

    Professional entomologist/arachnologist. I consult on all matters dealing with insects and arachnids, including those of natural history and biology to pest management and forensic entomology investigations.

    Thanks, Lou! It's probably my fault it's unclear, I tried to pick it up on my finger and it got squished. Any idea what else it might be, if not bedbug? Do booklice shed their skins?

    All arthropods (insects, spiders, etc.) shed their skins as they grow or mature.
