Is it reasonable to have bedbugs in a bedroom radiator but not anywhere else? We just had a dog come in and it repeatedly went nuts over the radiator in our bedroom, only a few feet away from the bed. The rest of the room, including the bed, showed no signs of bedbugs. The inspector couldn't find any visual evidence of bugs anywhere, including the radiator (of course, he couldn't get inside the pipes). I'm wondering if I should write this off as a false positive or if there is actually such a thing as bedbug commuters, who feed in one place but live in another (hey, humans do it, right?)

For context, we had the dog in our entire 4-unit house in response to my upstairs tenant's concerns - the dog found bedbugs in their apartment but nowhere near our bedroom and in no other unit.

    Would love your thoughts.
