Hey, Can someone ID the picture link below. I found it crawling on the wood frame of my bed and am very nervous it is a bed bug. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not a bed bug. Looks like some kind of beetle. Learn more about bed bugs from our FAQ.

Thank you. I had a bed bug infestation two years ago and ever since then I freak out anytime I see something crawling near or on my bed that doesn’t fly. Horrible anxiety cause of it.

I am not an expert but will take a shot at it, looks like a harwood bohrer maybe? A beetle. If I am wrong one of the experts will tell you what it is most likely. Trying to improve my ID skills.
