    It seems to be only marketed as a monitoring device. But if you put it on your bed frame legs, won't they eventually trap all the bedbugs (assuming you have a relatively light infestation)? Except for the ones already in the bed that refuse to come out, but that's manageable to inspect/treat.

    It's possible but shouldn't be viewed as a control device. The bugs can still find other ways onto the bed (i.e. drop from the ceiling, hitch a ride on a piece of clothing, walk up a sheet that accidentally fell on the floor, etc...) or could eventually feed on an alternate host or even move to a surrounding unit if you're in a complex.
