my older son had clearcut bites w/ a visible puncture wound in the center. Then we got treated, and have been bite-free for 2.5 weeks, until my youngest son (18 months) developed a single pustule (pimple-like bump w/ white center) on his wrist. He never scratches it. I'm of course praying that it's something other than a bedbug bite, but not optimistic. He did have 2-3 other transient red bumps on his neck, but he's a rash-y kid in general and I can ignore those, whereas the thing on his wrist is unignorable.

Id assume it is a pustule/pimple especially if it involves a hair follicle as they can get irritated and inflamed and cause a lil pus pocket. I'd be more worried if it was the typical bite pattern of groups either in bunches or in lines
