We had a cleaner come in this morning and she found this on the comforter (I think). We haven't felt any bites or noticed any signs. It looks exactly like the photos of bed bugs, but I'm still hoping someone will say it isn't...

Yes but time spent understanding today reduces the overall time you may be dealing with this.
