   We have been troubled with some bug bites since we moved into this new apartment. We have new furniture and the apartment management says there have never been bed bugs but we keep getting these bug bites. Today I found this but that is black in color, say 1 cm in length, narrow from front and wider from back like a toad. has fangs both front and back (or maybe it is something else.) Can anyone please help us Link to the image

   It's clearly not a bed bug though I have no idea what it is and will be interested to hear what the experts say.

   It looks like a drawing to me ... the angle is all wrong for ID purposes. Can you take a few more pictures from a top and bottom view and with it out of the bag? Also, use a coin in the picture for size comparison.
