Got bed bugs from a hotel, had a severe allergic reaction to them. Luckily there was no infestation, I saw one adult and killed it. Then I cleaned, de-cluttered, steamed, used a chemical spray and then sprayed diatomaceous earth powder everywhere. Exterminators have come in twice and say no bed bugs, but I keep finding these. I'm not sure what they are. They're coming around my window seal and they jump. The sprays also do not work on them at all. I don't know what to do. Please help.....

Thank you in advance to anyone who respondes, I really appreciate it.

What you have are collembola, aka springtails.

They are usually an annoyance rather than a significant pest. However, some folks have extreme cases due to a variety of factors requiring some sort of remediation work.

Dry the area out as best you can as they require moisture. If they persist any bifenthrin containing product should do the trick properly applied.

Hope this helps ! paul b.

That's a springtail, possibly an entomobryid. These can be located in moist conditions outdoors, in leaf litter and also will do well indoors. There really doesn't have to be significant moisture to produce a microenvironment that will be good for their living conditions. They are not restricted to moist areas and often crawl about some distance from where the bulk of the population is.
