    Hello everyone,
    I have never posted before but I am posting now because I have been seeing these bugs all over my house. They are in every room and I see them on the ceilings and walls and carpets. I have never seen them before and have no clue as to what they are. I am really hoping someone can help identify them. I was concerned they might be bed bugs but have not seen any on or around mattress. It went from seeing one or two every few days to seeing 4-5 or more every day. When we kill them they do have hard shells and you have to smash them pretty hard.

    Hi,

    I think its the white-market spider beetle Ptinus fur.

    Thanks for the replies. I just looked up the spider beetle and it does look similar but the bugs I am seeing don't look as big as they are. And some are black and some are brown.

    Your other thing looks like a weevil.

    Check your pantry for possible food sources.
