Bloodspots (Picture), Are They Coming from Bed Bugs?

I've been having some bites when I came here, not sure if it is from the previous place or here. However, today when I check my blanket I do find like this one spot with blood. Even though I have some left scars on my back, I'm still frightened, especially the blood seems to be in the edge instead above...Does this kind of spot means I've got another problem?

And as a matter of fact I just found one black small bug in the monitor, crawling, but did not seem to be like a beg bug nymph. And I even taped some bug last night on the wall. Now that I'm sitting and typing, I feel like something crawling on me again...Ahhh.......
