Blood stain on mattress encasement

   I found what appears to be a blood stain on the underside of the mattress encasement. Is this evidence of a bedbug issue? Would appreciate some expert advice. Thank you in advance.

   Hi,

   A picture would help so we can identify what type of stain it is and therefore work out if it had relevance to bedbugs.
