Bites getting worse before better?

   I'm calling up my doctor's office today to see if he'll see me again. Either my "bites" are getting worse, or there's something else going on. I first started to get this section of "cluster bites" in my arm around Sunday or Monday I believe:

   And since then, it's been itchy for a few days, swollen and slightly tender (bruised-like?) yesterday, and I woke to them like this:

   Warmer than my other arm/skin, bruised-feeling and tender and clearly more swollen and puffy. Add in I've felt slightly ill (like I've a cold or influenza, not a 'stomach flu') since yesterday when I noticed the swelling---I'm at my wit's end. I've a little more cleaning to do but I can't until I can stop feeling so sick, which only further prolongs getting treatment. Anyone else react this way? 70$ in products that aren't working down the drain, also.

   Sounds as if there can be a secondary infection going on. You are doing the right thing be calling the doctor.

   Bring him your pictures to see the before and now.

   I don't have a printer, nor access to one unfortunately. He saw me last week for it and said they were either chicken pox or bed bug bites, so he's at least informed. Office is closed today (early, at noon) so I'll have to call tomorrow and hope to see him Friday.
