If you are asking how to get rid of bed bugs, you have a long way to go. This forum has much useful information regarding how to inspect your home properly to detect whether or not you have bed bugs and also information regarding ID of whatever you may find (hopefully nothing).
Your next action will be largely dependent upon what you find in your careful search. Read through the forum so as to educate yourself as well as possible. Fore warned is fore armed. Know thy enemy before going to battle.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if it turns out you do have a bed bug presence in your home, there are no 1, 2, 3 easy fixes. Every situation is incredibly unique therefore every treatment will be highly based on the needs of you particular situation.
If you have them, panic but panic responsibly. Not in such a way that you act in haste as I did and rush into uninformed solutions. My mistake was not properly isolating my stuff in the very beginning, not getting rid of my sofa, and hiring the first exterminator I could get a hold of.
It is also strongly recommended that one:
1: not start tearing their house apart, moving furniture, etc. as this can make even a very mild situation worse by spreading any bugs that may be present. They are not always visible. The babies can be hard to see so you may not see something but unintentionally transmit it to another part of your home or knock it onto a floor from inside drawer if you started pulling clothing out, drawers out, etc. they will scatter to the nearest place to hide and possibly start a new camp there. So if and when you start inspecting your home do it with care, very judiciously.2: hire a professional immediately as improper treatment can eradicate your chances of successfully eradicating them. I made the mistake of not doing my research. I acted in haste in the midst of my initial fear and jumped into hiring someone right from the phone book. DO NOT HIRE TERMINIX! I know the people here frown upon recommending or disproving service from particular companies but please do not. Do some research on here. It shouldn't be too hard to find out some options based on where you are located. You will not necessarily find these in your phone book. They also will not tell you how bad their treatment is because they want your business so whoever you call, before hiring, find out who hired them in the past and most importantly... HOW GOOD WERE THEY?
Lastly, as for the immediate relief of bites, from experience getting a hot shower is helpful. It cleanses the body and mind. Even if your body was clean, your mind feels at ease knowing you are clean and the heebie jeebies will subside a little. It is also thought that the hot water will help soothe the bites. Not at first though. Tea tree oil, camphor ointment, and regular cortisone cream are helpful. Apply some 91% alcohol to the bites and let it soak in. It should help with some of the itching, and then apply the treatment of your choice. I highly recommend camphor if you can find it.
Good luck and hope you only have bites and no bugs. If it turns out you do, and I hope you do not, please use this forum to the maximum as it provides endless sources of knowledge from folks around the world who share both their expertise as well as support.

Camphor is an oil I believe. I know the drug store where I live has bottles of camphor oil in the itch cream section where they sell aloe vera, etc. You can also likely pick it up online from amazon.com or somewhere.
I really honestly couldn't tell you for sure what the situation in your may be. I haven't even a clue what it is I am dealing with there after several treatments. It is not easy to go through so I do wish you all the best and hope your problem is resolved.
Just have to be very vigilant and paranoid and take the situation as if it is horribly bad that way you can keep a closer eye out on things. Not knowing really is the worst and is how a couple unseen bugs turns into a large-scale problem.
