Best tape?

Yesterday, I used some white duct tape to tape up the zippers on by bed encasements. This morning, it had already pealed away from where the zipper closes.
What is a good tape to use? Did I just get unlucky with this particular roll of duct tape, or is there a better kind of tape to use? I saw in the faq that some people use blue painters tape - seems wrong, since painter's tape is designed to come off easy, but since I already have some, I'll give it try and cross my fingers :)

I heard there is Gorilla tape But I really don't know I have not seen any but I have not looked either!!

I tried the blue painter's tape, and it seems to stick much better than the duct tape. Just hope it stays sticking <fingers-crossed>
