Bedbug Stains?

I was wondering if this may be bedbug stains on my wood floor. I saw a little white bug running around them, but I'm not sure if it was a baby bedbug pooping on my floor (sorry, gross) or if the stains were actually mold and maybe the little white bug was a booklice feeding on it or something.
These little black dots (sometimes a white one too) show up around the edges of where my floor meets the wall, especially in corners and near the window (opposite side of my bed). Spiders tend to congregate where there are more of these black dots. Most of the black dots are a little raised and can be wiped/scraped off with a wet towel.
I've found little white bugs near my headboard, too (but no stain-looking things), but can't be sure if they are booklice feeding on mold (I'm sure my wallpaper has some of that -- this area is notoriously humid) or young bedbugs, hoping to feed on... me D:

Any chance of a closeup? Do you have a camera with a "macro" setting? Look in the Green Stickies --> FAQs about the Forums for a FAQ about posting a photo with more suggestions on how to get a good one.

If the floor hasn't been washed recently, they are not BBs fecal spots in my opinion...

It was washed maybe between a month and two weeks ago, so I'm not sure how recent is recent. Unfortunately, my camera is awful with close-ups, even on "macro" setting, sorry :/

I started seeing these little white bugs maybe once a week for two months. Then recently, in the past week, since I've been looking closely at things, I've seen them everyday. They prefer corners and wall edges, but I found two in books, one on the curtain, and one brazen guy on top of my cable box. I'm thinking they aren't bed bugs, since I see them in the day, but they look a bit like the picture of the 1st instars and I had a painful encounter with bedbugs six months ago at a hotel and then a painful experience with what might have either been biting mites (common in this country) or bedbugs about three months ago, so I want to be sure. Plus, these black dots puzzle me.
Anyway, that's my story. Thank you again. I really appreciate your feedback.
