Bedbug Bites

Yeah so i had 3 fumigations done in late March and 3 weeks no bites.
and now im starting to get bites...
But im not sure whether there Gnats or Bedbugs...
They look like....a little pimple.....very little pimple...and a red circle around that pimple....
Can bedbug bites look like that?
