Is she gonna use them as croutons?
    ;)

I'm braced. The usual blather, the usual file footage, slice-of-life example. Examples of treatments that are not economically/socially sustainable or don't really work. Vague helpful tips that people can't/won't follow or are just plain wrong...

I wonder if there are those who fancy a game of Bingo at PestWorld next week? I recon its a good chance to stop a lot of the names and I dare say tick off most of the product based draws as well.

I wonder if we have anyone capable of making an online version amongst us, it would certain make a great facebook / myspace /social networking app.

It would also make a great snakes and ladders style game.

    Great idea!

Online version is an option if anyone has the skill set. I don't!

If someone wants to mock up a sheet, I am happy to host it.

Another item to add for "bedbug bingo" (we can play this game anytime there is a tv segment on bedbugs)....

Quoting the nursery rhyme "Good night, sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite."

While I was obviously thrilled to see packtite get a good review and some face time on the show, I was surprised they did not mention this site or link to it on her more info section of her website. When I was approached by the producer and asked to send a packtite, I specifically told them they must check out bedbugger.com and include it. Shows how much clout I have! I knew nobugsonme wouldn't include the absence of bedbugger.com in the comments about the show, but for me that was the big omission.

    David James,

Thanks for mentioning Bedbugger when you were contacted by the Rachael Ray folks -- I really appreciate your support for the site.

I think this site does not lend itself well to soundbites, and people who visit and see the main page has news may have trouble finding what they would deem useful (FAQs or forum). A long-term goal has been to restructure the main page to show this three-part structure more readily. I am going to do that when I am able to.

And I have this site to thank for that!!so lets ALL write her a letter Everyone Maybe she will get one!! All you have to include is this web site!! If the website has helped you at all!!

I doubt any pop show is going to get everything correct but it does not sound as bad as the bedbugger pre show pundits predicted. I do on one hand find it a bit too coincidental that one of the "bed bug victims" Natalie Raben just happens to be the marketing director for a pest control firm?

    Hi Winston,

Nathalie did say she works for M&M as I said here. She said she worked there doing "research" and "writing," so it's interesting to learn she is a marketing director...

On the other hand, the RR site (in its "For more information" links next to the article and under the short video clip) is promoting Bed Bug Central (which provided stock photos) and "Quest" (apparently the dog team shown on their website is the same as the one doing Nathalie's inspection). There's a link to the Quest k9 site and the Quest pest control site.

But no link to M&M. It was probably a conscious choice not to use her employer for the treatment, or to promote them. Unless of course there's some connection between M&M and Quest.

    watkins,

While it is always appreciated when people spread the word about this site, I would not want someone to try to pressure someone to mention it. It would be pushy and would seem quite creepy. I know that's how I would react if I were them.
