bed bugs not sure what to do

Hey everyone! I'm freaking out! My 3 sons have been gettin bit left and right! I've had my one son to the doctor so many times that they threated to call child protective servies about the bites! We'll today i took things into my own hands and called our local code enforcement today. And radomly all of sudden we have the bug guy here to check. They jumped to the conclusion of bed bugs witch me or my fiance are not getting bit but our 3 sons are. They say they only found them in the youngest boys room. Didnt bother to check our rooms becuase we werent getting bit. I'm trying to figure out what to do with the hole clothing sitation its going to cost me hundreds of dollars to wash and dry and buy ziplock bags. I dont no if its ok to wash there clothes in my normal laundry soap or buy something else! What do i do about shoes? I'm currently pregnant is it even safe for me to be in my house well they spray or stuff like that. I'm extremly upset by this sitation. There trying to say they came from us but theres no way that was possible 90% of the stuff when i moved here is brand new from matrress to new bedding. Any suggestions advice anything im going in circles trying to figure out what to do!
