    Hey all.

Last week we had our rowhouse in baltimore treated for a bed bug infestation. The exterminator sprayed some perimethrin (sp) and another chemical I cannot recall throughout the entire house. And after washing clothes, bagging the mattress and pillows, vaselining the frame's wheels and other steps there has yet to be any bite incidents (fingers crossed).

However, we've discovered a few nymphs -- or what appear to be as they are small, brown, and have a smooth back -- around the bathroom. Last night we found one near the ceiling fan. And just this morning we found one swimming in the toilet.

Has anyone else found bed bugs in the bathroom or deciding to go for a dip in the pool per se? Or could it be some other pest?

I'm confused. You don't know if they are bedbugs are not? You had your house treated for bed bugs yet you don't know what they look like?

    Bathroom is possible.

I don't think they'd choose a dip in the pool, but they may fall in somehow.

You might want to get the bugs you found identified.

No, I know exactly what they look like and thats why I had the house treated.

Its just they're in an somewhat unusual room (the bathroom) but more so in unusual locations (the ceiling fan and the toilet).

So I am wondering if anyone else has found them in these places in the bathroom before. Besides our bedroom, we've found lots of bb's in the bathroom in the past.

I also forgot to say thanks for replying kill_all and nobugs, and once I find another I'll take a photo and post it.

    Cheers!

Yep sure are. Thanks so much -- dont have to worry about bbs in the bathroom. I hope.

Now why do they like my bathroom so much...

I guess I am a bit confused by this when you post a picture of something that is clearly not a bed bug.

    Sincerely,

    Sean.

That's horrible! Does this mean I should seal up the towels in the bathroom also??
