Bed Bugs and crawling sensation

   Hi, I am from Australia and just recently returned from Vietnam. Whilst in Vietnam I had bedbugs in one of the hotels and got a bad rash all up my back. After that I had a crawling sensation over my body and in my hair.

   Since returning home (one week) I have washed all my clothes but now I have white specs on my sheets and when I go to bed I feel like things are crawling on me. But the funny thing is, I feel like they are crawling on me at work but the clothes I am wearing are from my wardrobe and would have have been exposed to them as yet.

   Has anyone got any advice. Do the eggs crawl if that is what the white things are as if they were bedbugs already I would have had a reaction like last time.
