   5 Points for the Bed Bugger Survival Guide.

   Knowledge - learn as much as you can about bed bugs, treatment, preparation, and contact your local PCO's for advice.

   Prevent - prepare, and take precautions to prevent spreading infestations.

   Take Action - contact your local tenant association, your city council, congressman, legal aid or lawyers. Know what you are entitled to and know what your rights are.

   Fight - don't give up. Get involved, get others involved, work with your neighbours, start a petition if you have to. Know your rights.

   Love - love yourself, do not be ashamed that you have an infestation. Live life as normally as possible. Do what you can afford to do to treat. Don't be ashamed to ask for help. Do not cut off contact from your friends and family. You will need their support.

   HUG your loved ones, because now is the time you need it. Keep smiling. These bugs are a nuisance, yes, but you are the one with the power and are able to stop them.
