Last 2 weeks I started to find some bites on my skin. They are small, about a half of average mosquito bite and dissapears VERY quickly. Maybe hour or two and they are gone. They itch only a little. I'm finding about one every day(just single bite, no pattern).

Important to mention that before 2 months I found flea in my bed. It was shortly after I came home after trip to one meadow near town. So I thought maybe I bring it back from there. I have only cat, but it's home-cat living with me in a flat, so it couldn't bring any fleas home. I killed flea, inspected my matress and cat, then put flea traps in appartment, but didn't find anything. For about month, nothing happend. But now those bites started to show off. I again tried to set flea traps at night to every room, but find nothing. Nothing was found on my cats shelters too or cat itself. And believe me, since time I saw that flea I'm in Sherlock Holmes mode and inspect every little black thing I see anywhere.

So I started to be suspicious about bed bugs as they hide like little invisible ninjas. I inspected mymattress, couch, space under carpet and sockets near to my bed. Nothing. Just quite lot of carpet beetle bugs and their skins.

After second inspection of mattress I found one skin that is suspicious. It's only belly, about 2mm long. This is photo from microscope(40x).

This is size compared to 2cent coin and ruler with MILIMETERS scale.

Important to say I live in Slovakia, Centre Europe. We have bed bugs, although it's not very common here. I personally dont know a person who had them.

Thank you a lot for helping me identify this skin.

You have a remnant from a dead insect. Can't rule BBs out or in. Wait for our entomologist to look.
