   Two weeks ago I stayed in a hotel and woke up with a dead, squished bed bug on my chest.

   This week I woke up in my own bed with what looks like a mosquito bite on my left hip and on my right side.

   I took the bed apart last night and found the small pieces in the mattress seem and the larger on the floor. Everything else looks really clean, though.

   I also think I see little specks of what looks like "flea dirt" in the sheets. Like pepper.

   Do you think I brought bed bugs home? I bought covers for the mattress and box springs and pillows last night and have an exterminator coming out tomorrow but everyone around me seems to think I'm inventing this?
