We had bed bugs in 3 out of 8 units in our building. Cesar Soto came in and immediately started addressing the issue. He isolated the bed bugs to each apartment and treated the rest of the building to ensure the bugs did not spread to the other apartments. He is very professional, his prices are reasonable and he's done a thorough job. There were lots of ups and downs among the tenants in the building and he even handled that with great fortitude. Cesar occasionally posts here under the name Freedompest241, but does not read the forum to my knowledge.

We had a bed bug problem about two and a half years ago. It was a nightmare and we had our place sprayed countless times until we FINALLY got rid of the bugs. We also replaced ALOT of furniture - bottom line, it cost us about 10 grand to get rid of them (money we really didn't have). Because it took so long tyo get rid of them, we were so nervous afterward about having them that we were not nearly at peace (it took us at least six months or more). Finally, we found Cesar Soto and his dog Tre of freedom pest control. They came in and gave us the all clear and we were finally able to rest easy. What's more, Cesar explained to us alternate methods besides pesticides that we could have used that would have worked just as well, quickly and without harmful residue. Not only was he very concerned about getting rid of the pests but he was also equally concerned about doing so in a manner which would be the safest for our family. He gave us plenty of cost effective, safe recommendations for prevention as well. We wish we had found him sooner because our 3 year old son got pretty sick from all of the spraying and it took us quite a while to get his health back on track. Cesar, I hope I never need you again but if I do, I would NEVER, NEVER go to anyone else to handle our problem and keep our family safe.
