    1. My landlady got bed bug from a college student who had a infestation on his campus. Well she called in an exterminator and never told anyone. A few weeks last my daughter started get bites. I told her she most likely got them for outside. A Flea are Mosques but we vacuumed and cleaned her room from top to bottom. After a week she got them again. She has started reading about Bed Bugs in New York City. I was not getting bite so I decide to call in one of those train Bed bug dogs, he was in my apartment about 25 mines and found where they were hiding. It cost me $350 and that was just the beginning.
    2. My daughter has a really bad but phobia. So she will not sleep in your room and is having nightmares about them biting her. My lease is not up until 2010, but I moving and I 'm thinking about suing her.
    3. For mental and what is has cost me over the last few weeks. My daughter has started therapy because of this

A local tenants' organization may be able to advise you about the legality of getting out of your lease.

Only a lawyer can advise about whether you have a lawsuit and what it would involve. No one here can give legal advice.

These FAQs on legal issues may help you think about this.
