    I woke up and was scratching my neck raw in my sleep, and then found this guy on my pillow. Any ID would be greatly appreciated.

    Looks like the larva of a species of Anthrenus, a carpet beetle. There are specialized hairs called hastisetae in certain sections on its body that are known to cause a dermatitis.

    Okay thank you so much! I thought it looked different than most bed bug photos I've seen but I wanted a second opinion.
