bed bug eggs or carpet beetle eggs?

Hi All,
Thanks yet again for your help. I found 1 bed bug a month ago and had a PCO come twice. Since then I have only found these things:

thanks so much

Hi,
I am almost 100% sure you will find they are seed pods of some description.
They are 100% not bedbug or carpet beetle based.

Seeds, no doubts.

I have been finding these EXACT same seed like things for awhile. Literally the night after the bed bug sniffing dog came and said the apartment was negative, I woke up and found one next to me. Like a weird omen. Since then I have moved rooms, found them in my bed, one on my dresser, one in my kitchen, several in my couch. And I have been bitten and my roommate has been very badly bitten.
Is it possible this is bed bugs? What else could it be besides seeds, it is obviously some kind of bug right?
p.s. we have no pets

Possibly sesame seeds? Definitely not bed bug related. Carpet beetles eggs, bed bug eggs never look like these objects.
