bed bug club odd but outreaching

OK some may or may not get the cultural references but I am thinking of communication to a niche group of people who happen to travel and be more mobile than most.
The first rule of bed bug club is that you MUST talk about bed bug club.
If anyone else wants to throw the next rule in or offer some creative input into the idea of a fight club styled information site on bed bugs. It could make an amazing student project or showcase of your work or you could just post a suggestion or two below.
Its audience participation at its best and a blank canvas. I can cover hosting but would want to steer clear of google ads to keep the retro cult feel so it would not really be revenue generating just a site to help get a message out to look and avoid.
