My apologies for all the spam today from Markus2 about the product he Claims to have used called Bed Bug Bully. Markus previously posted under the name Maurice, appears to have a clear connection with the product he's recommending, is now banned.
The difficulty here was that once Maurice posted the other day and was shut down, Markus2 came back today under a new account.
The solution at most websites is to moderate registrations; I hesitate to implement that since our users often are desperate for support and really don't need to wait around for approval. What's more, it isn't always easy to spot a potential spammer.
Thanks to those who reported the posts!
